Winstrike eSports agency and StreamHERO service offered brands free advertising during the broadcast of the BLAST Premier CIS Cup CS: GO tournament. This opportunity will get ten companies who would like to conduct a test integration in e-sports.
To use the service, companies must meet several criteria. For example, to have broad coverage in the Russian Federation for the provision of its services or sales of products, as well as to possess sufficient production capacities to quickly process incoming orders. Applications are accepted until May 19.
The broadcast organizers promise to provide companies with 500 thousand impressions of a non-clickable banner with a logo and a QR code. The materials will be shown for two to three minutes every 20 minutes on the official broadcast on Twitch. Companies will be able to test the conversion of two different creatives. Winstrike Agency CEO Lina Komkova in a comment for Cybersport.ru talked about how StreamHERO works:
“StreamHERO is a partner in this closed test. By itself, this is a product that allows for automated purchase of advertising based on Twitch streamers, based on this technology, an advertising banner will appear in the broadcast of the tournament, which is configured and managed in the service’s advertising office. ”
Komkova emphasized that StreamHERO is an additional inventory that will not affect the full commercial integration into the broadcast in other formats. She also talked about the goal Winstrike Agency wants to achieve through a similar initiative.
“This initiative is aimed primarily at non-endemic brands for eSports. We use the tournament broadcasting platform to demonstrate the functionality of the service, as well as to draw attention to such a segment as tournament broadcasts. ”
The BLAST Premier CIS Cup is a qualifying tournament for the BLAST Premier Spring Showdown for teams from the CIS.
