Sniper OG is on the mend – his hands are numb due to illness

OG CS: GO sniper Mateusz mantuu Wilczewski said that he almost got rid of de Quervain’s disease, which prevented him from playing at the end of last season. In a commentary for the Polish portal, the cybersportsman announced that he will perform at DreamHack Open Summer 2020.

According to mantuu, he still has to visit his doctor several times. In early July, Wilczewski announced that it would take 6 to 12 weeks to recover, but after a month he is ready to train and play as usual.

Before the summer break, mantuu reported that he had been fighting de Quervain’s disease throughout June. His fingers and hands became numb during the game, which made him unable to comfortably hold the mouse. During the last matches, Wilczewski drank painkillers, and in his free time from tournaments he consulted a physiotherapist.

DreamHack Open Summer 2020 will be the first tournament after the players’ vacation in CS: GO ends. The championship will be held from 8 to 16 August, eight teams will compete for $ 80,000 in the European division. OG was in the same group as Team Spirit, forZe and Complexity Gaming.
