Golden about Fnatic: “This time we are working more on team communication”

Golden described how the CS: GO roster has changed from the last time he represented Fnatic. In an interview with HLTV, he noted that since then the team has learned to better understand each other and began to build a structure in the team.

Golden:
“When I first moved to the main team of Fnatic from the academy, the atmosphere in the team was completely different. We now have a psychologist and more structured management. Everyone understands that the team needs to communicate directly with each other, discuss errors and how to solve them. I think this time we are working more on communication than before. I and flusha played in other teams, talked with other players, so now we better understand teammates and the concept of the team as a whole. Now we are building a structure. Our psychologist helps us, the coach works on the game system, I come up with something new and everyone has the right to vote. In my opinion, we get along very well. ”

Golden represented Fnatic from August 2017 to June 2018. Two months later, inactive, he joined Cloud9. In less than a year he was twice a member of the main team of the American team and twice he was transferred to the reserve. Selim also introduced Ninjas in Pajamas at StarLadder Berlin Major 2019.

In September 2019, he returned to Fnatic on loan with flusha. The debut championship for the updated roster was DreamHack Masters Malmö 2019.
