FalleN discusses tax cuts for cybersports with Brazilian President

MIBR team captain Gabriel FalleN Toledo spoke with the Brazilian president. During the telephone conversation, the CS:GO star asked the head of the country to reduce taxes for cybersportsmen. According to Toledo, in Brazil, professional players have to deduct the state up to 30% of the prizes won.

The dialogue between Toledo and Bolsonar caused a lively discussion in social networks and divided the CS: GO fans into two camps. Some called the cybersportsman conversation with the president “sensational” and praised the player for raising important topics. Other users were skeptical about the negotiations – in their opinion, “a 28-year-old child has nothing to talk about with the president about politics.”

FalleN began his playing career in 2005. Served in the disciplines of CS 1.6, CS:Source and CS:GO. He was a KaBuM !, Luminosity Gaming and SK Gaming player. Since June 2018, heads the roster of the MIBR. He is the champion of the MLG Major Championship: Columbus and ESL One Cologne 2016. He won almost $ 950 thousand in tournaments for his career.

MIBR will perform at the StarLadder Berlin Major, which will be held from August 23 to September 8 in Berlin at the Verti Music Hall and Mercedes-Benz Arena venues. The prize fund of the tournament will be a million dollars. The Brazilian team will perform in the status of the current “Legends”.
