CEO Virtus.pro on CS: GO roster: “I met with psychologists who should help unite the team”

Virtus.pro CEO Sergey Glamazda said that the CS:GO roster could start working with psychologists to better deal with tense moments in matches. In an interview  he also said that Dauren AdreN Kystaubaev became the new captain of the roster.

“Due to the difficult situation, we decided to simplify it. Before the major, we do not make any changes to the team so that there are no unnecessary reflections now. At the moment, Daur AdreN assumes the duties of captain, Jame and others focus on an individual game. I also met with team psychologists who should help unite the team, get rid of nerves at crucial moments.

If you look at our statistics, I’m more upset not by the fact of losing, but by the fact that we are missing 2-3 rounds. It seems that victory is so close, but it is slipping away. You lose confidence in the next game, and when it is repeated from tournament to tournament, it seems to you that you already live in this world. Therefore, you need to make a little shake so that there are no such mental problems. ”

Earlier, the head coach of the team Dastan dastan Akbaev spoke about the changes in the composition for CS: GO. According to him, the future fate of the roster will depend on the results on the major ESL One Rio 2020. You can read more about this here.

The next Virtus.pro performance will be held at the ESL Pro League Season 11. On March 30, the team will meet with FaZe Clan.
